This function is used to check for the availability of the payjunction.php library (i.e. from the PHP PayJunction package.)
If the file is not available, then the module cannot be installed in Drupal 6.x. This ensures that your installation is proper before you enable the MO PayJunction module.
- Parameters:

[in] $phase The phase being checked
- Returns:
- A requirements array
This function uninstalls the PayJunction module.
It makes sures that all the mo_payjunction variables are deleted.
