CRM and ERP solutions

At Made to Order Software we think that using Open Source software is an incredible leverage for our customers. Plain and simple: if the software is free, you do not need to pay for it. You only need to pay us for installing the software and training you on how to use it.

We currently offer three solutions: Compiere ERP & CRM, SugarCRM and X-Tuple ERP.

Compiere ERP & CRM¹

For larger accounts, we offer Compiere ERP & CRM. This is a very large suite of tools to manage close to everything in any enterprise, whatever the size.

Compiere tracks everything you can have: from your customers to your webstore, all your manufacturing needs from your warehouse to each item, your sales and marketing processes, customer open cases, different resources. You name it.

• Manufacturing control using information of materials, production and shop floor
• Managing any number of warehouses including capacity limits
• Procurements
• Order management including quotes, necessary materials, invoices
• Purchasing
• Inventory receipts, moves and counts
• Financial records
• Managing customers, every quote, order, delivery are linked to your customers
• Calendar to keep track of your meetings, scheduled calls, tasks, etc.
• And everything can be attached to a business process
• Reports of any available data
• Connects to different 3rd party software to analyze your business data

For you, Compiere is a simple desktop application. You can also use a web-based version.

On our end, we are glad to take care of the backend: the database server, the webstore and other external features. Larger customers that have a data center can also host their own backend. We still will service your server application if you ask.

SugarCRM¹

SugarCRM is a Client Relation Management system. It includes all the necessary features a small to large company needs to track all of its customer.

SugarCRM is more than just a CRM. Yes, it includes a calendar so you can keep track of your tasks, meetings, calls, emails and other important marketing dates. It also includes the necessary tools to track each of your sales personel achievements (in dollars), problems with your products and even your documents (these contracts you need your customers to sign before shipping the goods; how to use the new product the customer just received; etc.)

Also some people do not use it, the system can take care of all the emails from your sales force to your customers and vice versa. Incoming and outgoing emails are automatically put in the corresponding account giving you a complete history of said accounts.

SugarCRM works in all modern browsers: Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, Opera, SeaMonkey, Konqueror and others.

x-Tuple ERP¹

x-Tuple ERP is a quite powerful desktop application that let you manage your company products. It includes a simple CRM to track your sales and attach them to your different manufacture processes.

x-Tuple ERP helps you keep track of all your purchases, manufacture processes, incoming and outgoing deliveries, sales, cases and more.

Smaller customers will prefer to use this system rather than Compiere. It is much simpler to manage and still offers most of the features available in Compiere.

x-Tuple ERP works on MS-Windows and Linux. The backend requires a server with a database that we can provide.
