Cost Effective

Contrary to most other systems, Trinity gives you access to all its features for one single small monthly fee. This means you can charge your customers in your store or office, on the Internet, and on the phone with a single account for one single small monthly fee.

Secure

PayJunction, the owners of Trinity, takes care of all the necessary security features for you. This means they keep and deal with the credit card numbers as necessary. You do not have to keep any record of any credit card number even for accounts that you want to charge once a month. For those, you simply setup a recurring charge (also called a subscription) with the Trinity system, and you do not need to think about it anymore. All the money comes directly and automatically to you, once per month. And if you charged a customer once too many, you can cancel the charge or reimburse your customer at your convenience and again: securely.

The security, when used on the Internet, includes SSL (Secure Socket Layer.) This is a key based encryption that uses at least 128 bits. This is used to securily transmit your data over the Internet. On top of that, the complete address and card security code (CVV) are verified. This ensures that the individual entering his credit card information is indeed who he says he is.

Reliable

The Trinity system works 24/7/365. That's it. PayJunction already processes over US $10 billion a year. This just would not happen with a system that fails to connect all the time.

Also, the system accepts different degree of security. This increases the rate of invalid cards being processed. For instance, if you swipe a card, you do not need to get the address of your customer. If you have a doubt, however, you can require the address and ask the system to verify it for you. This makes it that much harder to get paid with a stolen credit card.

Customer Account

With Trinity you can setup a customer account with their credit card on file at PayJunction. In other words, we keep the credit card information safe and sound. And all you have to do is tell us how much needs to be charged to the card each time your customer comes back to you. This is one of the easiest way to deal with a recurring customer. They do not need to repeat their card information or sign a pay slip each time. They already have been identified, no need to repeat that each time they pay you!

Trinity can be used as a point of sale system for any number of stores for the same fee. Because each transaction includes an identifier, it is easy to see how much each store is making. The system will even tell you who is making the sale if you want to identify each one of your employee with a different identifier.

Phone features

Your employees are always on the go? They often need to charge credit cards? How do they do so now? They call one of your offices that passes charge on to the card? That cost you a lot of extra money!

With Trinity, you dial a free phone number on any phone, you punch in an identity number, the number of the credit card to process and within seconds your employee is told whether the transaction worked or not. It is that simple: one phone call and it cost you nothing more than your regular credit card processing fee.

And best of all, since this is the same system as for your stores and your Website, the phone transactions appear in the same list as all the other credit card transactions! Greatly simplifying the accounting.

e-Commerce, Internet features

Cards can be charged at once if you can ensure that the merchandise will be shipped same day. It can also be verified on the day of purchase and processed later once the merchandise is actually shipped. There is no limit in the number of days you can wait to charge the card.

Subscriptions

Whenever you offer a service or product on a regular basis with a constant fee, you can setup a subscription. This means you want to automatically charge your customer credit card once every so often.

For instance, if you have a gym where your customers pay a subscription of $150/mo. With Trinity, you select the day the fee will be charged to your customer and you then you can simply say: charge this amount once per month on that day.

The period can be set to anything from once a day to once a year and anything in between such as once a week or once a month.

Offer a Credit Line to your customers²

If your store is selling fairly expensive pieces of equipment, such as a refrigerator or a washing machine, and you want to offer your customers a simple way to pay just a little every month, you can do just that with the Trinity system.

With the Trinity system subscription system, you can setup exacly how much your customer will pay you every week or month for a specified amount of time. For instance, for a $3,000 refrigerator, you could charge your customer $500/mo. for six months. Then the payment stops automatically. If you want to add some handling charges, you can add $20/mo and charge $520/mo instead. It covers the Trinity charges and the extra work for your book keeping!
