Yes! With Fax Now Online, you can send a fax from your browser or your server (using our MO Fax API) to any fax machine in the US. Easy, flexible and cheap, Fax Now Online is your remote facsimile solution.
Note that we do not charge a setup fee and your subscription entitles you to sending 10 pages a month at no additional cost.
Our system includes an archiving mechanism that can be used to, at least temporarily, save your faxes on our server.
The server includes many status reports that include information such as how many fax pages are ahead of you and once your fax was dealt with, whether it was successfully sent or not.
Also, our MO Fax server supports many formats: text, images and word documents which makes this tool very flexible.
Safe & Secure & Reliable
At Made to Order Software we take the security of your data very seriously. We forbid transactions that are not over a secure connection and we store data encrypted whenever necessary. We use the same security level for your fax pages as we would of your credit card number since a fax document often includes sensitive information (i.e. credit card numbers, social security numbers, etc.)
You account also supports multiple credentials so data is not sent or accessed without a proper log in. This works to log in your account on m2osw.com, to send a fax and to receive notifications. The encryption may also require you to enter a key each time you log in so you can review your faxes.
