for all its professional product offerings.
With First Class Support you are entitled to a dedicated support channel.
This means very fast response time (one business day) from a highly
skilled software engineer to answer any question you might have in
regard to the professional product(s) you purchased.
Note that our professional software tools and libraries ship with source
code. As the customer, you are free to modify the source code to better
satisfy your needs. The First Class Support entitles you to continue to
receive support even for code that has been customized by your software
engineers.
For all our customers, we offer a Bug & Security Issues Mailing List.
All your programmers are welcome to register to the list to know when such
issues have been resolved.
We offer all of the following support options with 1 year or longer term contracts.
Whatever the option, we do not limit the number of requests you can send us.

Direct and full access to our Source Code Repository means that
there is no waiting around to get new releases, updates, bug fixes, enhancements,
documentations, packages, pre-compiled libraries... all our code will be available
to you as soon as we check it in!
